Douglass Scholars Program

The Douglass Scholar Program supports a scholarship to a doctoral student in the History Department at Howard University. The program also annually selects a renowned scholar whose research highlights the life and legacy of Frederick Douglass or the anti-slavery movement. Douglass Scholars are invited to speak at the FDMHA Annual Community Meeting in September.
